Across the Kavli INsD, scientific collaboration is fundamental to our research.
Understanding the main players in cells, proteins and nucleic acids, calls for physical science methods operating at the nanometre scale. Our research builds on the nanoscale-level interplay between the physical and life sciences.
By working together, we can design technologies and techniques to address specific biological questions across our research themes. Conversely, insights from the clinic or field can prompt new directions in discovery science and, in turn, technology development.
We endeavour to support and sustain collaboration by actively encouraging a culture of collaboration and respect. In addition, our building features inviting meeting spaces and social areas, to encourage discussion and interaction. Shared state-of-the-art facilities serve as another focal point for collaboration.
